TL;DR
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AeroVect's AGSE Service.
- •AeroVect is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define the strategy, roadmap, and product requirements for their Autonomous Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Service.
- •This role will ensure the AGSE Service meets customer needs and commercial realities, working closely with engineering and operations teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and own the AGSE Service product strategy and roadmap.
- •Build the measurement foundation for continuous improvement by defining KPIs and partnering on data pipelines.
- •Drive technical execution across a safety-critical autonomous system, decomposing needs into requirements and participating in system design.
- •Provide cross-functional leadership, mentoring other PMTs and establishing product development best practices.
- •Lead customer engagement and commercial execution, owning product relationships with airline and airport customers.
- •Requirements BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of Product Management experience owning multi-system, technically complex products.
- •Experience building and shipping products where safety, reliability, and real-time performance are critical.
- •Proven ability to ship 0 -> 1 products in a fast-paced environment.
- •Demonstrated experience engaging directly with enterprise or operational customers.
