• •The Warehouse Lead oversees outbound functions at the Pittston, PA warehouse, ensuring productivity, quality, and timely shipments while leading warehouse associates.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise 3–40 warehouse associates, ensuring performance and morale.
• •Execute floor plans and meet daily production goals.
• •Monitor hourly TPH metrics and adjust assignments in real time.
• •Conduct shift meetings and provide coaching on safety and quality.
• •Mentor deputies and coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage workload.
• •Requirements Leadership and supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
• •Ability to monitor and drive productivity metrics.
• •Strong communication and coaching skills for team briefings and feedback.
