- •Huntress is seeking a Channel Account Manager II to join their growing team in the UK and Ireland.
- •This role is crucial for expanding customer relationships and ensuring their success on the Huntress platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive loyalty, renewals, expansion, and satisfaction for post-sales success.
- •Engage with customers and reseller partners to meet their needs.
- •Develop creative ways to engage customers through training and education.
- •Work with customers to be a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase adoption and satisfaction.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below.
- •Strong experience in SaaS, preferably related to the cyber-security industry.
- •Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- •Passionate about working with both customers and partners.
