  • Key Responsibilities Drive loyalty, renewals, expansion, and satisfaction for post-sales success.
  • Engage with customers and reseller partners to meet their needs.
  • Develop creative ways to engage customers through training and education.
  • Work with customers to be a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase adoption and satisfaction.
  • Requirements 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below.
  • Strong experience in SaaS, preferably related to the cyber-security industry.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Passionate about working with both customers and partners.
