- •Celonis is seeking a Client Account Lead to spearhead data-driven business transformation with strategic pharmaceutical clients.
- •This role involves leading teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction on their journey to realizing value with Celonis.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives.
- •Drive end-to-end customer value realization and platform adoption.
- •Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations.
- •Act as the voice of the customer within Celonis, collaborating on product development and service offerings.
- •Requirements Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience.
- •Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering.
- •Proven ability to navigate large organizations and persuade stakeholders with data and confidence.
- •Consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
