Improve and adopt internal developer platform and product portfolio.

• •Join the Applied Software Group (ASG) as our first Developer Experience (Dev X) engineer.
• •You will own, improve, and help with the adoption of our internal developer platform and the team's wider product portfolio.
• •Key Responsibilities Contribute to and help improve the developer platform Work with colleagues to understand and assist their diverse use-cases for projects Build and maintain shared tooling, templates, and internal libraries Support observability, monitoring, and alerting for production issues Collaborate closely with fellow engineers and other teams throughout the firm Requirements In-office presence 2-3 days a week in San Francisco, CA Experience with DevOps and infrastructure tools Strong understanding of CI/CD processes Ability to work in a fast-paced, internal startup environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills
