Manage the Environment, Health, and Safety function for Osmo's New Jersey operation.

• •Osmo is seeking an EHS Leader to manage the Environment, Health, and Safety function for their New Jersey operation.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and drive the end-to-end EHS program, including strategy, regulatory positioning, audit posture, and incident response.
• •Develop the EHS program strategy, assess current-state risks, establish compliance priorities, and build a multi-year compliance roadmap.
• •Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA, and state regulatory requirements.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. 10-15+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, chemical, pharma, or industrial-research environment.
