- •The Corporate Development team drives the company's long-term growth and strategic evolution.
- •Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior executives to define and refine the company's inorganic growth roadmap.
- •Conduct continuous macroeconomic, industry research to identify emerging trends, market disruptions, and potential targets.
- •Build and maintain relationships with investment bankers, venture capital/private equity firms, and target company management teams.
- •Perform initial screening of inbound and outbound deal opportunities against corporate strategic criteria.
- •Coordinate due diligence processes and managing data rooms (in live deals).
- •Requirements Education: CA /MBA with at least 2-4 years of experience
