  • Join our Customer Success Team to provide value to our customers in Australia.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal Build strong relationships with customers in the Australian region Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Collaborate with Customer Support Engineers for seamless communication Requirements 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management Based in Australia with national and regional customer experience Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with OpenCTI or OpenBAS Excellent communication skills Familiarity with the cybersecurity sector is a plus
