- •Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach Craft copy and sequences across cold email, LI, partners, and marketing nurture Build ICP models and segmentation logic to ensure GTM efforts are focused on high-fit accounts Create workflows and systems that enable sales and marketing automation at scale Requirements You believe in high-intensity, in-person teams and want to be surrounded by top talent You care deeply about craft and impact, not just output.
- •You’re able to be in the technical weeds and fix bugs in your systems but also zoom out, think in systems, and push towards a broader GTM strategy You love complex GTM problems and are able to come up with creative solutions
