Temporary Scientific Project Manager

Manage and coordinate scientific research projects, external collaborations, and project timelines.

• •Leyden Labs is seeking a Temporary Scientific Project Manager to cover maternity leave.
• •This role involves supporting, structuring, and overseeing planning of external and internal research projects, coordinating experiments logistically and technically with CROs and internal Scientists.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage external collaborators (CRO management) and act as the first point of contact.
• •Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, maintaining project trackers.
• •Write SOWs, manage strategic relationships, and support lab activities.
• •Assist in Project Management meetings, writing minutes and following up on action items.
• •Support Scientists with experimental report writing and reviewing.
• •Requirements Proven project management experience, ideally in virology or antibody research.
• •Excellent understanding of budgeting, ordering, and shipments.
• •Experience in managing contracts, material transfer agreements, and budgets.
