- •About the role: The Lending Account Executive's role is to support applicants who are declined or do not meet OnDeck’s primary credit criteria.
- •The Account Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional borrower experience, identifying the right marketplace partner for each opportunity, and driving funded volume through our alternative lending network.
- •An AE is required to have strong consultative selling skills, disciplined workflow management, and the ability to navigate multiple products while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

- •Deliver a transparent, consultative experience by curating a solution clearly and setting accurate expectations.
- •Follow required cadences and talk tracks, consent disclosures, and compliance guidelines across all borrower interactions.
- •Product Knowledge and Deal Execution: Analyze credit files, business performance, industry type, and borrower needs to identify the appropriate product fit.
