• •As the Strategic Projects Lead, you'll manage coding data initiatives for AI and platform teams, coordinating skilled SWE Fellows and ensuring quality.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage multi-week to multi-month coding data initiatives.
• •Coordinate hundreds to thousands of SWE Fellows.
• •Design and own technical evaluation and annotation workflows.
• •Write and validate coding assessments.
• •Create scripts/infrastructure to automate QA, analytics, and reporting.
• •Requirements 4+ years of experience in technical or analytical roles.
• •Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or equivalent.
• •Experience with unit tests, CI, version control, and basic infrastructure.
• •Strong analytical and data-driven problem solver.
