Lead lifecycle growth strategies to convert applicants into policyholders.

  • Lead activation-focused lifecycle growth across pre-approval recovery and post-approval personalization to convert applicants into paying policyholders.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and run high-velocity experimentation programs to improve activation metrics.
  • Build targeted recovery interventions for application drop-off across channels (email, SMS, push, in-product).
  • Own ANA personalization programs segmented by drop-off cohort and behavior.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on in-product recovery surfaces and outbound motions.
  • Requirements Experience running lifecycle/growth programs and experimentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to write SQL and test plans.
  • Product-minded operator able to ship cross-functional work.
  • Comfort working with segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel messaging.
