About the role

Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns in the EMEA/LATAM region.

  • As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across various channels in the EMEA/LATAM region.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, etc.) Set campaign objectives, target audience, and achieve budget targets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data from tools like Looker, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Requirements 3+ years experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, with at least 1 year in the B2B software industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across raw and structured data sources (Excel, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, etc.) to surface insights and drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to communicate performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
