• •As a Professional Services Consultant, you will deliver enablement and advisory services to Contentsquare's customers and focus partners.
• •Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led training as part of customer onboarding.
• •Train new teams, departments, and stakeholders within existing customer organisations.
• •Provide post-onboarding strategic support to clients.
• •Serve as a trusted advisor to a range of customer stakeholders.
• •Collaborate effectively with Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Program Managers, Account Executives, and Implementation Consultants.
• •Requirements 2-4 years of experience in training consultancy, professional services, or client-facing consulting.
• •Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
• •Ability to rapidly learn and effectively train others in analytics technology.
• •Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
