Manager, Accounting – Inventory & Operations

Hands-on accounting manager to own inventory, contract assets, prepaids, and operating expense accounting for a hardware-enabled SaaS business, building SOPs, close processes, and ERP/AI automation to scale globally.

• •Hands-on accounting manager to own inventory, contract assets, prepaids, and operating expense accounting for a hardware-enabled SaaS business, building SOPs, close processes, and ERP/AI automation to scale globally.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end inventory accounting across the device lifecycle and 3PL/RMA flows Lead NetSuite ERP automation and integrations with Salesforce and 3PL systems Design and deploy AI/automation for recurring accounting processes Build SOPs and stand up inventory close, reconciliations, and reserve analysis Requirements Bachelor's in Accounting and CPA 5-7 years progressive accounting experience including Big 4 public accounting Hands-on NetSuite and Salesforce ERP integration experience Experience supporting hardware/device businesses and SOX/US GAAP compliance
