- •Heron Power is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Business Applications to own the product strategy and roadmap for their connected suite of business systems, Raven.
- •This role is crucial for scaling operations from early production to volume manufacturing.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the product strategy, roadmap, and phased delivery for the RAVEN business applications platform end-to-end.
- •Define and prioritize requirements for the in-house MES, covering work orders, routings, recipe generation, and traceability.
- •Own requirements for core modules like WMS/inventory, QMS, production and demand planning, and analytics.
- •Define metrics and ROI for systems investments and drive continuous improvement.
- •Requirements 8+ years of product management or business systems experience in a manufacturing/supply chain environment.
- •Deep experience owning or implementing core manufacturing and supply chain systems (MES, ERP, WMS, QMS, MRP).
- •Demonstrated build-versus-buy judgment and strong grasp of data architecture and system integration.
- •Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
