TL;DR
Own clinical development strategy for in-licensed therapeutic assets.
- •As Chief Development Officer, you will own development strategy across the Lindus Therapeutics portfolio.
- •Key Responsibilities Owning clinical development strategy across the LTx portfolio, determining how each asset can be advanced quickly and capital-efficiently.
- •Leading the Lindus Tx team and managing VP Corporate Development and asset leads.
- •Setting the development strategy, designing clinical studies, and defining the target product profile.
- •Driving the regulatory path behind each program and determining whether an asset is developable and worth pursuing.
- •Requirements Senior clinical development leader with experience leading clinical programs through Phase 1 and Phase 2.
- •Experience with in-licensed and partnered assets and designing around the exit.
- •Portfolio experience and ability to run lean in a biotech setting.
- •Comfortable with AI tools and using them across research, planning, and analysis.
