Material Expeditor Lead

Coordinate material flow and lead a team to ensure timely availability of parts.

• •The Expeditor Team Lead is responsible for coordinating the daily flow of materials through the production floor, ensuring timely availability of parts and components to meet build schedules.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a team of material expeditors.
• •Collaborate with production, supply chain, and engineering to resolve material shortages.
• •Monitor WIP locations and ensure timely material movement.
• •Ensure ERP/MRP transactions are accurate and timely.
• •Identify and address potential bottlenecks before they affect production.
• •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in production control, materials, or shop floor expediting. 1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• •Strong understanding of material flow, WIP management, and ERP/MRP systems.
• •Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• •Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing preferred.
