Lead and mentor a team of Associate Solutions Engineers.

• •Lead and mentor a team of Associate Solutions Engineers through their technical training journey.
• •Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily activities of the ASE training program.
• •Collaborate with Solutions Engineering leaders to build and refine training content.
• •Provide mentorship and career development support to ASEs.
• •Coordinate hands-on technical projects for ASEs.
• •Ensure ASEs are progressing in their communication and presentation skills.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, pre-sales technical roles.
• •Strong understanding of technical domains such as computer networking, cloud architecture, and security infrastructure.
• •Previous experience in technical training or mentorship is highly desirable.
• •Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
