Lead vulnerability management and build AI-native security products and operations.

• •Lead architecture and product work for vulnerability management while stewarding Cogent's operational security and building AI-native security capabilities.
• •Key Responsibilities Shape product with ML engineers to build AI agents for security workflows.
• •Extend and evolve company security posture, systems, and incident response.
• •Implement processes and tools to protect Cogent and customers end-to-end.
• •Educate market via content, customer partnerships, and speaking.
• •Requirements 10+ years hands-on security engineering experience.
• •Expertise in vulnerability management across attack surfaces.
• •Fluency in Python or comparable language and strong automation focus.
• •Experience operating at scale in fast-paced environments.
