- •As a Senior Harnessing Technician, you will serve as a technical leader on the production floor, executing the most complex builds, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting new product introduction efforts alongside engineering teams.
- •You will set the standard for quality, speed, and technical excellence in the build process.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute complex harness builds with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
- •Lead floor training sessions and mentor Apprentice and Harnessing Technicians.
- •Partner with Engineering on new product introduction and first article builds.
- •Identify, escalate, and help solve build and design issues.
- •Support updates to build documentation based on production feedback.
- •Requirements High school diploma or equivalent certification. 5–12 years of experience in harness manufacturing or related production environments.
- •Expert at reading complex schematics and executing high-quality builds.
- •Experience mentoring junior team members.
