- •Key Responsibilities Run an in-house content studio across video, photo, UGC, design, copy, and editorial.
- •Write strategic creative briefs and translate consumer insights into work.
- •Lead direct-response performance creative for paid social, email, and landing pages.
- •Own brand expression, design systems, and cross-channel narratives.
- •Build AI-driven creative infrastructure and manage creative teams.
- •Requirements 7+ years in marketing with direct-response creative and content strategy experience.
- •Proven experience managing studios or creative teams.
- •Portfolio showing performance results and strong creative taste.
- •Experience with DTC or supplements a plus.
