About the role
TL;DR
Senior Platform Engineer to build and improve developer experience and infrastructure.
- •Oyster's Platform Flow Engineering team builds systems and tooling for fast, safe, and reliable software shipping.
- •As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will shape platform capabilities from code to production, including CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, and developer tooling.
- •Key Responsibilities Build world-class developer experience through internal tooling and abstractions.
- •Own the path from commit to production with reliable, automated CI/CD pipelines.
- •Evolve cloud platform on AWS using Infrastructure as Code for scalability and security.
- •Improve reliability and observability using SRE principles and effective incident management.
- •Accelerate engineering with AI, automation, and intelligent tooling.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar.
- •Strong software development experience for automation and tooling.
- •Proven experience designing and operating production systems on AWS.
- •Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
- •Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
