• •Key Responsibilities Manage timelines, agendas, and stakeholder follow-ups for enterprise accounts.
• •Translate customer goals into internal workstreams and milestones.
• •Coordinate across commercial, fragrance development, ML, sensory, and executive teams.
• •Maintain clear project documentation and updates.
• •Support pilot planning and commercialization discussions.
• •Requirements 8+ years of program management experience, ideally in a technical or enterprise partnership environment.
• •Direct experience with large enterprise customers.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• •Proven ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority.
