• •The Lead All-Source Investigator owns all-source targeting for the Scam Disruption team, building tradecraft, mentoring investigators, and handling high-value, complex investigations.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and own all-source targeting tradecraft and standards Design and scale the team's operating model and tooling integrations Mentor and manage investigators; review and prioritize target packages Personally handle the most complex, multi-jurisdiction investigations Coordinate with federal partners and partner with threat intelligence analysts Requirements 8+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience Prior senior law-enforcement or intelligence targeting experience (e.g., 1811, IC) Proven player-coach and team leadership experience Deep legal process expertise and ability to operationalize returns into targets Strong written communication and executive presence
