- •We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to help accelerate H's global growth across enterprise and strategic accounts.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies targeting enterprise accounts Generate qualified inbound and outbound pipeline through campaigns, partnerships, events, and digital channels Design and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives Develop scalable acquisition funnels across paid, organic, email, and outbound channels Own experimentation across acquisition channels and continuously optimize CAC, conversion, and engagement metrics Requirements 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or B2B SaaS marketing Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and outbound/inbound acquisition strategies Experience scaling pipeline generation in high-growth startup environments Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or similar Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics and campaign performance
