Drive execution of N26's critical strategic initiatives as a Senior Growth Program Manager.

• •We are looking for a Senior Growth Program Manager to join the Growth Operations team and drive the execution of N26’s most critical strategic initiatives.
• •This role focuses on high-impact, cross-departmental projects that fundamentally shape our business.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the overarching Growth roadmap and ensure strategic priorities are met.
• •Drive end-to-end delivery of high-priority, cross-departmental projects.
• •Maintain rigorous oversight of deadlines, KPIs, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• •Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks.
• •Influence cross-functional stakeholders and enable executive decision-making.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, strategic projects in a fast-paced environment.
• •High emotional intelligence and mastery of stakeholder management.
• •Systematic approach to project management with operational rigor.
