  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team.
  • This position is ideal for someone passionate about sales, with excellent communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, list building, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify outbound leads to determine their fit and potential as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team to further engage potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system, and look to improve processes to help the wider team where possible Requirements Previous sales experience in a BDR role (1-3 years), preferably in software or financial services sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • you can speak English and French fluently or at an advanced level Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
  • You are able to travel in the EU
