• •Foxglove is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support customers in achieving their target outcomes across various industry verticals.
• •You will provide technical support, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and serve as a technical reference point.
• •Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to prospects and customers.
• •Act as a liaison between customers and product/engineering teams.
• •Develop and maintain documentation and tutorials.
• •Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training.
• •Contribute to building out a technical pre

• •Requirements 2+ years experience in technical support roles. 1+ years using Foxglove or a related visualization tool.
• •Ability to comfortably query SQL databases.
