About the role
Lead the renewal process for clients and achieve annual renewal and upsell quotas.
- •As a Renewal Specialist, you will lead the renewal process for a portfolio of assigned clients, working closely with Account Managers to ensure client renewals.
- •Key Responsibilities Learn the history of Quorum and the Renewals Playbook.
- •Participate in renewal sales training and shadow product demos.
- •Assume full ownership of renewals and upsells within your portfolio.
- •Demonstrate Quorum’s renewal process and achieve annual renewal and upsell quotas.
- •Requirements 3+ years experience in B2B sales or Customer Success. 2+ years experience meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- •Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
