  • Join our DACH Partnerships team in Berlin to drive regional growth and develop our partner ecosystem.
  • Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide sales enablement, training, and support to partners.
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics.
  • Requirements Confident Communicator.
  • Languages: Native German language, English fluent. 2-3 years of experience in partnership development.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
