- •1Password is seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow a specific geographical region within the EMEA market, focusing on enterprise accounts with 3000+ employees.
- •This role involves hunting new business, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the enterprise sector, as well as upselling existing accounts.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and grow a designated geographical region or country within EMEA, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
- •Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, supplemented with inbound leads.
- •Drive new business growth through strategic territory segmentation, contextual business understanding, and excellence in outbound sales.
- •Identify opportunities to expand and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts.
- •Requirements Fluent in English and German. 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts.
- •Familiarity with the DACH region and demonstrated success in owning and growing a territory within it.
- •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- •Outstanding sales skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, and value-based selling.
