- •Doctolib is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the AI Practice Efficiency team.
- •This role will define and deliver AI solutions to transform healthcare professionals' daily work, focusing on intelligent scheduling, automated document processing, smart task management, and AI-assisted patient communication.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and scale one engineering team focused on AI Practice Efficiency, managing teams delivering AI features across practice workflows.
- •Define and execute the AI product-engineering strategy in partnership with Product, Data Science, and Design.
- •Own responsible AI delivery in a regulated healthcare context, ensuring safety, explainability, and compliance.
- •Drive cross-domain AI adoption and platform thinking, collaborating with other engineering streams.
- •Requirements 12+ years of engineering experience, with significant time leading managers and senior ICs.
- •Proven track record of shipping AI or ML-powered features to real users at scale.
- •Hands-on experience with LLM integration, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
- •Sharp product instinct for AI's clinical value and a clear framework for responsible AI delivery in healthcare.
- •Exceptional people leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring and building high-performing environments.
