About the role
Lead and improve Marketing Operations team processes and systems.
- •Lead and coach the Marketing Operations team to improve processes, systems, and execution across campaign operations, lifecycle/routing, reporting, attribution, and automation.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and cross-train the Marketing Operations team, creating SOPs and playbooks.
- •Own and improve workflows across Salesforce, Marketo, and adjacent GTM systems.
- •Improve intake, prioritization, SLAs, capacity planning, and data quality.
- •Support attribution and performance reporting and implement automation solutions.
- •Requirements 6+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles. 2+ years of people management or strong player-coach experience.
- •Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
- •Experience with lead management, lifecycle design, routing, campaign operations, and attribution.
