  • Requirements 5+ years in territory sales, agency development, or a channel-facing role in insurance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and consistently hitting sales targets.
  • Self-directed, ownership-oriented, and skilled at building trust and moving quickly.
  • Comfortable thriving in a high-growth, evolving environment.
