Senior AI Community Engineer

Create and manage developer community for voice AI.

• •As a Senior AI Community Engineer, you will create the physical and digital spaces where developers discover voice AI, experiment with it, and connect with peers.
• •You will focus on hands-on engagement, turning developer curiosity into working prototypes and fostering a vibrant community.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Developer Relations events, including first-party programs and community conferences.
• •Build and manage community infrastructure to identify and nurture engaged developers into Deepgram Champions.
• •Execute the broader event strategy across the US, with approximately 25% travel.
• •Measure success by developer activation and retention, not just content reach.
• •Requirements Proven experience in running developer events and building community programs.
• •Ability to put a keyboard in a developer's hands and guide them through API usage.
• •Experience in designing workshops and hack nights to foster learning and prototyping.
• •Strong understanding of community infrastructure and developer engagement strategies.
