TL;DR
Owns the software release process, ensuring predictable, safe, and compliant deployments.
- •This role owns the last mile of software delivery, ensuring every change that reaches production arrives predictably, safely, and with a compliant paper trail.
- •You will be the key person making fast and safe shipping synonymous.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the release calendar and cadence across all product surfaces.
- •Run release readiness and go/no-go decisions, weighing risks and making clear calls.
- •Serve as the single point of coordination for cross-team releases.
- •Own change management for enterprise health system customers and medical device compliance.
- •Drive DORA metrics and partner with platform engineers to improve release machinery.
- •Requirements Proven experience running software releases at a fast-moving SaaS company, preferably in a regulated environment.
- •Technically fluent with deep working knowledge of CI/CD, observability tools, and modern deployment patterns.
- •Calm under pressure with trusted judgment and fluent communication skills.
- •Bias for velocity paired with the discipline enterprise healthcare demands.
- •Comfort with data and tracking release KPIs.
