- •Fyxer is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to build and run lifecycle campaigns, focusing on execution and experimentation to activate, retain, and grow users.

- •Key Responsibilities Run a continuous test-and-learn program across lifecycle marketing, including A/B tests and segmentation experiments.
- •Build and execute lifecycle campaigns from activation and onboarding through to retention and expansion.
- •Manage CRM tool setup and execution, primarily within Customer.io, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- •Use data to identify user drop-off points, engagement patterns, and commercial opportunities.
- •Report on campaign impact, focusing on commercial outcomes and actionable insights.
- •Requirements 4-7 years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience.
- •Proficiency in Customer.io, capable of building complex campaigns and segmentation from scratch.
- •Experience in B2B, D2C, or consumer businesses with a complex customer lifecycle.
