- •Moxie is seeking a Principal of Revenue Operations & Strategy to build the operational foundation for post-sales processes, providing clarity for growth teams and leadership.
- •This role will architect the post-sales motion, focusing on improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and service adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Own post-sales analytics, building reporting for churn, retention, launch velocity, and service adoption.
- •Close the book-to-live gap by designing implementation tracking and handoff frameworks.
- •Build a repeatable GMV growth framework using segmentation, cohort analysis, and service-line reporting.
- •Automate recurring operational motions for Customer Success Managers to increase provider time.
- •Standardize NRR, churn, and expansion definitions across teams, acting as connective tissue between Finance, Customer Growth, and Sales.
- •Requirements 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, BizOps, or Finance & Strategy at a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled services company.
- •Proven experience building post-sales infrastructure from scratch using HubSpot, including renewal pipelines and churn dashboards.
- •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
