- •Strong Communicator: Excellent communicator with great presentation skills, effectively articulating and leveraging the Deel IT value proposition to win customer trust and close deals.
- •Owner mindset: Passionate about Deel IT's product and mission, positively displaying this at every interaction within the sales cycle and beyond.
- •Requirements Earned your stripes: 2+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories).
- •Seen great success: Integral part of at least one great business success story, knowing what it takes to deliver outlier results.
- •Closing: Strong background in getting B2B software-led product sales across the line.
