Provide hands-on technical services to large customers using Datadog products.

  • Provide hands-on technical services to large customers, ensuring they are successful with Datadog products.
  • Key Responsibilities Advise on technical support and product adoption Analyze customer IT Operations environment and provide recommendations Be the customer’s advocate by suggesting process changes and product adoption Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams Continuously evolve best practices for technical product adoption Requirements Solid technical grounding and hands-on experience in IT Operations Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Comfortable scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP Skilled in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI Knowledgeable about Containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes Previous experience as a TAM supporting mid-market and/or Enterprise customers Experienced using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools
