• •You will collaborate with senior leaders to establish the operating system that ensures alignment, decision-readiness, and speed.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the operating cadence for the Datacenter organization, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, metrics, reporting, and leadership updates.
• •Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, mechanisms, and follow-through.
• •Build and run the business planning processes that keep teams aligned on priorities, dependencies, risks, and execution progress.
• •Requirements Experience in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in a datacenter, infrastructure, or other complex technical environment.
• •Highly analytical, structured, and execution-oriented.
• •Comfortable working directly with senior leaders, balancing competing priorities, and making sound judgments with incomplete information.
