- •Own end-to-end partner revenue reconciliation for the Degrees business, ensuring accurate, timely, and explainable invoicing and revenue reporting each quarter.
- •This role sits at the intersection of partners, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, and internal data systems, with a focus on resolving data discrepancies, improving processes, and ensuring revenue is audit-ready.
- •Key Responsibilities Own quarterly revenue reconciliation across Degree partners from data collection through final resolution.
- •Collect, validate, and reconcile partner-submitted revenue reports against internal data sources.
- •Investigate and explain variances related to enrollment, refunds, deferrals, timing, and partner-specific requirements.
- •Improve reporting, metric definitions, and reconciliation processes through standardization, SQL, and light automation.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Data Analytics, or a related analytical role.
- •Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience working with large or complex datasets.
- •Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data manipulation, reconciliation, lookups, pivots, and error checking.
- •Experience investigating data discrepancies and determining root causes.
- •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven processes.
