GTM DevOps Engineer

Ensure reliability and automation of GTM technology stack.

• •Join ClickUp's Business Systems team as a GTM DevOps Engineer to ensure the reliability and automation of our GTM technology stack.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workato.
• •Extend CI/CD practices to AI agent workloads on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
• •Implement safe rollout patterns to reduce deployment risk.
• •Own SLA/SLO definitions and extend observability coverage to GCP Cloud Run workloads and AWS-hosted agent infrastructure.
• •Conduct root cause analysis for platform incidents.
• •Requirements Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• •Knowledge of AI-generated code deployment practices.
• •Ability to manage platform reliability and observability.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.
