About the role
- •Job Description Are you passionate about creating safe, healthy, and high-performing workplaces? Do you thrive on partnering with leaders and teams to build a strong safety culture while providing practical, expert advice across diverse operational environments? As the Work Health & Safety (WHS) Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting workplace health, safety, wellbeing, injury management, and return-to-work programs across both our Corporate Support Centre and Distribution Centre operations.
- •Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with leaders and team members to identify and manage workplace risks, drive compliance with WHS legislation and best practice, and deliver initiatives that promote a proactive, safety-first culture.
- •Working within a collaborative safety team, you will provide hands-on support across office and operational environments, coaching leaders, influencing positive safety behaviours, and contributing to the development and implementation of safety programs, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
