• •The Senior Capacity Lead is the strategic owner of country-level DSP shift scheduling and vehicle capacity planning.
• •This role bridges the gap between demand forecasting and operational execution, ensuring that our DSP partners provide the exact number of couriers and vehicles needed to meet the daily demand curve.
• •Key Responsibilities Own country-level shift and DSP vehicle planning to ensure DSPs have sufficient couriers per the demand curve.
• •Communicate with DSPs about planning-related adjustments, requirements and expectations.
• •Update Forecast Files, share them with DSPs, and monitor adherence to ensure DSPs meet set requirements.
• •Oversee the creation and offboarding of driver profiles and maintain accurate courier and vehicle databases.
• •Requirements 2+ years of experience in logistics, last mile, or workforce scheduling.
• •Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• •Good communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• •Analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs and producing reports.
