- •Scale Customer Engineers ensure Aircall customers onboard successfully, adopt the product quickly, and stay healthy through proactive and reactive engagement.
- •This is a customer-facing, high-volume, high-impact role designed for professionals who are resourceful, clear communicators, strong presenters, and excellent at guiding customers through activation at scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead Webinar-Led Onboarding for groups of customers.
- •Provide Reactive 1:1 Support for specific setup hurdles or best-practice questions.
- •Monitor Portfolio Health using usage signals and health dashboards.
- •Support the AM Team as the first line of technical clarity.
- •Coordinate Escalations by aligning Support, Product, and AMs.
- •Requirements Excellent communication clarity, explaining complex technical ideas simply.
- •Strong execution excellence with excellent CRM hygiene.
- •Technical curiosity and ability to translate product speak into customer value.
