• •Lead and scale research efforts supporting hardware advanced development and physical product innovation.
• •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary research partner to various teams.
• •Shape research strategy across the hardware lifecycle.
• •Own intake, scoping, prioritization, resourcing, and execution of research initiatives.
• •Provide senior-level leadership for hardware validation study design and protocol development.
• •Manage, coach, and develop a team of researchers and coordinators.
• •Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields. 5+ years of experience conducting research for physical products. 3+ years of people management experience.
• •Strong understanding of hardware systems and experience in engineering-driven environments.
• •Proven ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
